Customers who spend over $300* enjoy free delivery service.
If the order total amount does not meet the minimum requirement for free shipping, an additional $80 will be charged per shipment, the final amount will be shown in the shopping cart.
*net total bill refers to the amount after deducting product discounts, coupons and shipping charges. Excludes remote areas.
General Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Arrange delivery as soon as possible after receiving your order. Same day delivery available*
- Customers choose their own delivery date and time. We will deliver the goods according to the delivery time chosen by the customer. A message will be sent to customer’s WhatsApp account to inform delivery details.
- To protect customers, third-party logistics will only deliver goods according to the address on the order. The delivery address, order content, and order cancellation cannot be changed on the day of delivery.
- Once the order is confirmed, no delivery address can be changed. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service department by email or WhatsApp.
- Please verify the goods as soon as upon arrival. If you have any questions regarding the quality or delivery of the goods, please contact customer service (for details, please refer to the return and exchange policy)
- If the same order contains more than one shipping box/bag, the third-party logistics may deliver them separately, and the delivery time may be different, depending on the delivery arrangement of the third-party logistics.
- The goods may be shipped from different warehouses, depending on the situation, and may be delivered more than once.
- If a customer purchases more than one order and has the same delivery address, the goods may be consolidated and shipped in the same package.
